The Challenge
The Home Builders Association of Greater Kalamazoo had a great website with a wealth of content, but over the years it had become bloated and difficult to use. They came to us with the need to simplify the whole thing for their users and for their own purposes in house. With the parade of homes fast approaching, they needed to start quickly to provide a solid informational platform to support their largest annual event.
The Solution
We developed a custom site using a Wordpress framework. The project was divided into 3 phases in order to get the necessary information online quickly to support the parade of homes. We simplified the design so users could quickly and easily locate information. A comprehensive analytics package is providing them with detailed information on the performance of their site. Throughout the month of June, they had a record breaking 4,500 visitors making the parade of homes for 2009 a huge success.
