The New York times posted a great article on small 1-5 person companies making the investment in establishing an online presence and shows how it is paying off for them in terms of both promotion as well as customer retention. The bottom line of the article is that it proves that today more than ever, online marketing is one of the best dollar-for-dollar ways for any company new or old to both find new customers as well as encourage repeat business with current ones.
