The Challenge
The Fairways needed a great way to advertise their development at the Savannah Quarters. They knew they had a great product in a great location, but had no way of getting information to their target market in an efficient way. They had a need to show a lot of information about their two home floor plans as well as the established community and ammenities. In the future The Fairways intend to use their site to attract more qualified buyers to their community. We have started a targeted Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program with them to accomplish that goal.
The Solution
We helped the fairways advertise their development by using a lot of their great photography to showcase both of the available homes. The content, videos, news, slideshow, and photo galleries all work together to give the user a great idea of what the fairways has to offer without the need for a visit. The site together with some targeted SEO speaks volumes about what is offered at The Fairways.
